Kribi is a resort town and port in the South Region of Cameroon. It’s known for its sandy beaches. At the mouth of the Kineke River, Kribi lighthouse was built in 1906 by German colonizers and is still in use today. To the south, Tara Plage is a beach with strong Atlantic surf. Nearby, the Chutes de la Lobé waterfall plunges directly into the sea. From the falls, boats run upriver to Bagyeli native settlements
